The Big Bear Cowboy Gathering Committee welcomes you to the 14th Annual Gathering. We are looking forward to a fabulous event filled with top cowboy entertainers. Joining us this year will be Sourdough Slim, Gary Robertson, The Open Range Trio, along with Nancy Lee as pre-entertainment.
The Big Bear Cowboy Gathering, a non profit corporation, is proud to be able to sponsor a $1,000 scholarship to a deserving Big Bear High School student. In addition, we donated to the Big Bear Valley Education Trust. This is a group of folks who are working on several projects to support the students in our Valley. Cowboy poetry and music has been a part of the West for over 100 years. These words in rhyme and music express the values of our country, home and family. The following is our Mission Statement,

FRIDAY evening’s performance:
Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts at 7 PM.
Pre-show entertainment provided by well-known singer/songwriter Miss Nancy Lee.
Performing will be the ever popular Cowboy Poet and Storyteller, Mr. Gary Robertson. Also performing will be the hilarious Cowboy, Mr. Sourdough Slim and finally the Open Range Trio, who will be performing for the first time in Big Bear.
An intermission will allow you to meet the entertainers and
purchase their CD’s if you wish.

SATURDAY evening’s performance:
Doors open at 6 PM and the show starts a 7 PM.
Pre-show entertainment provided by well-known singer/songwriter Miss Nancy Lee.
Saturday’s show will be the same performers, HOWEVER the show materials and songs will be different than Friday’s show. This will be a perfect way to get your cowboy fix in only one weekend.

SUNDAY at 9 AM will be a cowboy church held in the theater. It’s free and our preacher will leave you wanting more. Church should last about one hour.
SEATING
All seating is handled on a first come basis. Arrive early to pick your perfect spot in the newly renovated theater. With only 300 seats, there’s not a bad seat in the house. And you won’t be bored since we’re providing pre-show entertainment.
WESTERN VENDORS
Back by popular demand, many of our vendors have been coming to Big Bear for over a decade. From fine art to unique jewelry to custom hats, there is something for everyone. With lots to see and purchase at our outdoor vendor court at The Cave Theater, you’ll have fun just “window shopping” all the booths.
Located in the heart of the Village of Big Bear’s shopping district, you’ll have lots to see and do all day long on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Booths open 10 AM to 5 PM and the vendor area is free to the public.
